I've been accidentally overcharging a client by £60+VAT every month since I convinced them to sign on to a monthly contract, because I gave them a slightly better rate than usual. I only noticed because they asked for extra time this month, and I needed to look up their rates so I could add that. Turns out I'm not getting that extra time's money
