The Precure part: In Futari wa Precure Max Heart, the Queen of Light splits into the Heartiels, Hikari, and the Chairect. The season's plot revolves around how the Precure are dragging their feet collecting the Heartiels because, while they know it's good to try and revive the Queen, they don't want to sacrifice Hikari and eventually do not.
The logo portion: After the ADV-Sojitz deal fell through in the late 2000s and ADV lost most of its catalogue overnight, it was about to fold like Geneon before it and eventually Bandai (both Visual and Entertainment) after it.
It instead decided to sell off its assets... to fragmented pieces of itself, exploiting a piece of state law that it actually renamed itself after, Section 23. The most well-known of these pieces is Sentai Filmworks, which operates mostly as ADV had in the past, but the others are lesser-known but still operate.
HIDIVE is their new streaming service, Maiden Japan does obscure critically acclaimed shows, Sentai Kids was created recently for shows for young children, Softcel replaced ADV's hentai label Happy Carrot, etc.
Yeah, though a lot of their titles have been rescued by Discotek (e.g. Five Centimeters per Second), Funimation (e.g. Haruhi, Escaflowne), Aniplex if you're unlucky (e.g. Gurren Lagann) or Sentai (e.g. K-On!)
