yeah when I do a certain diet that actually works for me, they have me start with 3 days of eggs and orange for breakfast and then only dark leafy green veggies and lean meats (beef and chicken) as much as I want to eat to like, reset by body in a way?? they call it "cleansing" but whatevs it works

the carb cravings are intense those first two days, but it really really helps past the 3rd day into the "real" diet (which is really glorified carb/calorie counting and food group balancing)
