[Halloween plans] So my friend's annual bday/Halloween party is tomorrow and I gotta figure out what to wear.

due to time and weather my original plan to go as Zoya the Destroya (and speak in terrible Russian accent all night) is not a go, but it's not like I don't have other options

The party is partly outside (with a bonfire) and it needs to be comfortable for the whole night. I wore Laura last year and that worked out okay. Carol is .... not comfortable enough and also a little Much for this.

Rey is comfy, but too cold. My s3 Killer Frost jacket needs to be completely redone, it doesn't fit right at all and it isn't a matter of just taking some seams in ... I dont even know what I did to heck that up so bad.

Leia would work well - all I really need is a cinnamon bun headband because my hair won't do that anymore, and they sell those at Spirit.

I could also throw together a s4 Frost really easily; I have a light blue moto jacket and the rest is just clothes.

so I think it comes down to whether I can find the hair piece I need...?

yeah, for this easy is the name of the game. I wish I had a more casual Carol but I think either of these will work ...

I haven't actually gotten to wear Leia since Ep7 came out. I'd like a better belt, too, but if I don't get around to it it's no big deal

side note this made me think about the relationship of character-playing-character and how, like, you wouldn't be dressed as Ruth dressed as Zoya, you'd be dressed as Zoya, and somehow that got me to thinking about someone playing Zoya in a game
