Zoro's Inigo, Fezzik I was thinking Ace, Sanji might work as Rugen (for rival standpoints because let's face it even in a relationship they're gonna fight over dumb shit), Rose as Prince Humperdink because it's a decent costume without a dress xD;
and Sanji gets the prince because it's a nice costume, he gets to make his little princess happy by letting her play hero, and Nautilus has a sense of irony
