Here's my version of no-rice diet plan:

Breakfast: 2 slice of wheat bread or any bread,2 hard-boiled egg without egg yolk and 1 cup of green tea

Morning Snack: 1 piece of fruits(any kind of fruits)

Lunch: 1 cup of green leafy vegetable, 2 pieces of grilled/roasted chicken(thumb-size) and 1 cup of green tea

Afternoon Snack: Nilagang Kamote

Dinner: 1 cup of vegetable, 1 slice wheat bread, 1 cup non fat milk
