Was there a change to rep?

I finished Revered with the Honorbound and the bar for Exalted is already full.

It was one quest and I know it wasn't worth 999 points.

Jeez, which quest was it?! Mine certainly isn't Exalted!

Make Loh Go in Tiragarde. I didn't think I was that close to the end, but I hadn't checked for a while.

The wiki says 0 points to level up Exalted.

And I can't find any sign that it has been reported as a bug.

I can assure you that doing that Loh definitely does NOT Exalt you with anything.
