They took away the tenure bonus on top of our regular yearly bonus so I missed out on an extra 1k bonus this year

It's a joke and I know they do this to force out tenured, experienced managers so they can promote someone into my position who will take a 3k salary pay cut

one year I didn't get a raise because I didn't hit sales plan. It was the first store I took over and the last manager didn't do shit. He basically stole all of the time and I spent six months digging that store out of a hole
