ughgh i hope i can blame this all on my period still sort of being around in random moments

because i love the loss of appetite and the fun stomach issues that come with it

tbh if it was just that i could deal b/c ive dealt with that all my life its just im scared i have some sort of horrible brain infection b/c im always hyper aware of my thoughts

like how u are with breathing youre suddenly aware ur breathing and then you have to do it physically its like that im always thinking but now im suddenly aware im always thinking and i feel like if im not then ill like spiral into dementia

tho im trying 2 tell myself doctor said thats nearly impossible, i have anxiety which does bullshit like that, maybe i should stop the medicine that makes my sinuses all burny and that might help even if i get clogged again, and also im too functional to even consider having shit wrong with my brain

well, i mean other than the whole 'i wont produce enough of these chemicals and make you sad and anxious all the time'

i mean i sort of seem to be a bit better in the thinky thing today its just the reason this episode is less fun is b/c i dont know how to get rid of that

i have to somehow convince my brain its still going to work im thouroughly convinced i have an incrediably anxious dog living in my mind

also the mood swings and wanting to cry idk if will help but maybe i should nap 4 the rest of the year and tell my parents at least stomach issues are a thing

probably the solution is not be hyper aware of everything im thinking and typing and everything but lol how do i even do that. or maybe im just worrying ab out something thats always been there its just like annoying me now because it has nothing else to bother me with
