I've been listening to HDTGM since the beginning but I've somehow managed to not see anything he's done before now.

He's AMAZING in this show.

Also, Captain Holt and Rosa just had the literal best "we finish each other's sentences" bit I'm ever seen.

Shit, I hope he's been in a bunch of episodes after this, he's wonderful.

it blew me away how much higher the actress's voice is. Apparently she was a little sick while filming the pilot, and that's how she has to talk forever now.
