[Netrunner] So over the weekend I was in the Ohio Regional tournament, and got ranked in the middle of the pack... again. I need to train up, though I'm going to wait until after the release of the next expansion to pick an archetype and run with it.

But, one of the more interesting things was watching a shift in the metagame happen that was really pronounced. One of my friends brought a deck that in years past had been pretty good, a "Leela control deck" which worked on sitting back, waiting for the corp to score and then would use her ability to strike at HQ hard.

The issue is there are now cards which allow the corps to score 1 point without actually scoring an agenda, so Leela's power becomes useless.

Stack that on top of 3 point agendas which are enticing to use, and Leeela, who used to be very close to top tier gets relegated to near uselessness.
