Because it's usually a sign of Problems

You don't have that happen unless you make choices that actively discriminate or have very strong unconscious bias

last time i got hired to work somewhere that was all white people they referred to a client as a 'negro'

I live in a state that's 94% white (oh god) so it's unavoidable sometimes with smaller employers, but any big business here really has no excuse.

Yeah. Any place with all white employees has Issues. Serious Issues. Because you have to try in most cases to end up that way or have severe unconscious biases.

Like the one place I was formerly excited to maybe be a part of? I looked up who was there and... everyone was like. White. So I wasn't so sad when they said they weren't hiring me.
