So apparently the character that commits suicide in game was a character that belong to someone who actually committed suicide

why would you do that

also Fern is still the worst, why did the devs think having a character commit suicide is the way to honor a suicide victim, and then follow it up with a character walking up to insult the person

I don't even know anything about the game but that's just so wrong.

it's basically an edgelord pokemon game with really stupid mechanics based off the dev's rp group, the real-life fact behind the suicide elevates it from wtf to disgusting

That's terrible.

like before it just suffered a lot from tone issues - starting with a train bombing, then minutes later, the first gym leader comes in basically creaming herself over the explosion before being told a train full of people was bombed
