Barb plurked that we should talk about our mental issues to help normalize it because so many think we should hide it and never talk about it

it was Kate Spade inspired because she was living with severe mental health issues but would not see a doc because she was afraid what others would say

it's a reminder to keep pushing against the stigma of mental illness
