Watched the first few episodes of Black Clover and here are my modest observations.
1. Asta. You are a raw engine in voice form. My heart goes out to the VA for breathing life into the Asta Engine every episode. Remind me to give you a lozenge if I ever meet you.
2. Almost everyone in this universe is a colossal jerk. Talk about being discriminating towards someone who cannot use magic in a Magic Happy world. You all suck.
3. The Asta/Yuno ship will sail with shippers. I guarantee it.
8. Whether you find Asta, as a shonen protagonist, to be endearing or obnoxious is really down to personal opinion. As someone who deals with magic discrimination every day from jerk-asses, you can't blame him for trying to push himself to the extreme in pursuit of a goal.
