I need to not judge my medical situations by those of others with the same illness. Every case is unique. Some are mild. Some are severe. Treatment and ability levels are not always the same.

What they can do is not necessarily what I can do.

What I can do is not what someone else can do.

I wouldn't tell a friend that they're making it up or it's all in their head and I can't let myself do the same to me.
