Looks like you are having trouble getting the Krasarang Paddlefish to spawn when Ben of the Booming Voice says they are swarming today. I understand your frustration when quests don't simply work as they suggest they do.

Turns out this might take more than several attempts to get the Paddlefish to properly spawn. Sometimes quests that you have in the area can cause phasing issues with the proper spot of the fish. Try finishing up the quests in the area and then try again with the Krasarang!

I'll say it again. This was checked on =multiple= characters, including one who has fished Paddlefish there before; on more than one server; and =reproduced by a GM=. Can we not skate by this problem to up closed-ticket rates, please?
