[RL] Well, looks like I’m officially going to start training for a promotion at work... since I’m already doing the required workload anyway, I just need to learn a few more things.

Comes with a 10% pay bump and I don’t have to work weekends like they originally required... so win win!

Admittedly this is less about opportunity to advance and more “make extra money to pay down things” but still.
