I've also got a number of FFVII doujin, some of which I have doubles of, others of which I'm just not as interested in keeping.

For organization, you could always use excel or Google docs. To track titles, cost, who is buying, who pays, etc.

As for payment, that's what's easier for you. PayPal, check, etc.

Of course, I haven't really sold anything online so I can't speak from exoerience
