No seriously, if I ran a camp it would be the worst and everyone would have a terrible time. I just wish someone good would do it ;_;

Camp 🧜‍♀️Nivaya🌟 is ongoing 24/7 but is somewhat exclusive. There are a growing number of cabins, but the activities list is mostly "sorting inventory"

If you know 🧜‍♀️Nivaya🌟 well enough to know that she has good reasons for having no interest in running a camp, you are most likely already a member of the camp that she currently runs

(this is perhaps somewhat similar to the President of the Universe in Hitchhiker's Guide?)

I don't know about camp, and I don't think I could ever run one. But! Maybe a small group of us all could go rp camping one weekend or something sometime this summer? Fish, play games, eat s'mores. I dunno. Not a real solution, but

i miss camp and i've only gone as a parent lol i always loved visiting on parent night

people have tried other camps...like the survival camp thing and the cruise camp thing and hke camp..but they are totally not the same at all.

KidOfManyNames❤ : Even those were good tho - well, I don't love Survival camp much, but like, Playdate Cruise and Camp Neverwood, those were actually AMAZING, and I even had a good time at my old school's little camp...but nothing will ever match CHK, it's true.

i never went to survival or neverwoods.. but i tried the cruise and couldn't get into it even tho my parents at the time were counselors. i ended up leaving after like 2 days.

I loved the cruise, the first year. It was very very good, especially for their first year. It was innovative but still had a lot of the familiar features people expected too. Neverwood was lovely because it was very RP-focused and realistic, it was invite-only via the Neverland Scouts.It was beautifully done, had some whimsical elements but mostly realistic

I hear the cruise the second year was a mess (and I have a whole lot of insight into why that was, too) but I didn't go, myself. Still sad it won't ever be returning tho

The Survival camp is always kind of a mess, I've only gone to it as a "counselor" of sorts - I was actually a pirate. But it's not set up in the same way at all, it's more like running wild on an island with an RP scenario, rather than all the bunks and events and meals and goodfeel camptimes. It's fun in its own way. But it's not camp

ah see i didn't goto the cruise first year, i went second year.

I could rant for a looooong time about why it wasn't so good but it wouldn't be classy of me But honestly, the first year, if it had continued that way it could have been a wonderful successor to CHK.
