Mental Health talk (not mine)

So. It finally happened. Mom had not one, not two, but three meltdowns, two of which were literally a day apart.

This is just... I'm scared for her, honestly.

Her doctor changed her medication dosage and she's been worse ever since, and to top it all off the guy forgot to prescribe her sos medication so she doesn't even have anything to calm her down if she starts really getting bad.

I wish she could have kept her first doctor. Mom adored her, and she really seemed to help mom more than any of the doctors she's had since.

I just... feel so helpless when I see her suddenly start screaming, saying ‘no, no’, over and over again, that she sees the dead... I wish I knew what to do.
