[gbf] @ PEOPLE WHO RUN MORPHE AND PHOEBE ON THEIR FRONTLINE SOMETIMES: what's ur team and which slot do you put them in

I've been running them in first slot and basically just avoiding using their ougi ever but I've been wondering if it would be more sound to put them in third slot and just try and pull off their ougi when their first two skills are off cooldown and Phoebe is in front so I can just use a wake-up skill the next turn

that seems trickier to time tho
