really hopes that by 16:30 the call will have been handled, but human is willing to accept 18:00 as a "reasonable" definition of still within "regular business hours". I think human is being far too generous...

17.30 is late enough.

kid has not bought a car yet ... still shopping

not received the phone call, was told about 2am on January 1, that "they will call tomorrow during regular business hours" which in my mind was on January 1st as I start my "day" counting some time around 6am.

It is now 16:34. No phone call.

I went back to work
