It's 8F this morning. North Alabama is having a mini ice age this week. Brrrrr

It’s most of the eastern half of the country. I realize it’s unusual for the south, but there’s a lot of cold in the country right now.

Alanna : I so don't envy you, but when you're used to dealing with it it's a lot easier. Not that it makes it better , just expected. What's bad is that it'll go back into the 50's next week and totally screw things up!

Meanwhile, we're plunging into the 40s this week. The first cold weather this year.

I just wish the cold could stop all the fires out west.

I'm pretty sure I've never experienced temperatures this cold before. It's an adventure!
