It is 8am and I am cooking... a Spanish rice mix with black beans and chorizo? IDK it just sounded good...

I'm in a much better mood this morning than last night though

I had no idea what I was gonna do with this flavor infusions rice that I got on the Free Friday at work a bit ago, but the chorizo was on sale and I had black beans and it just pulled together so nicely
