What kind of bad things happen if you overload on positive?

overloading on love basically created the yandere effect on some characters, leading them to try to capture the people they loved most

oh dear

recently we overloaded on appreciation too, so the characters went down to investigate ruins of a temple designed to help keep that arehtei in balance in that very scenario and had various tools that forced them to feel jealousy/envy/resentment/want and such to push things back into balance
