writing from the perspective of a character who doesn't say what they're thinking and also don't really have a good grasp on their own reactions to things is very satisfying but on the flip side writing from the perspective of a character who just blurts shit out and also basically understands their own feelings and position is somehow very hard

how do I make things interesting and spaced out and not just bullet point all the fucking problems here right from the get-go
