that bench does look rather nice. If you could put some walls up, then that would be nice indeed. But you might find it a bit cramped.

JessicaKoala : It probably would sell for about $500,000 in the right location. Maybe even more in some really prime locations. I think with a nice view like that, it's pretty prime...
