I really hope that one's a parody but if it isn't I kind of love the "I wanted to impress a woman so she'd marry me, so I made sure to tip just the average amount"
I kind of feel bad for self-described incels. Not because they aren’t getting laid, and certainly not to suggest that they aren’t creepy as shit, but because these are guys...
... who bought into the patriarchy’s image of manhood harder than almost anyone else, and invested their entire self-worth into it, and all they got in exchange was the patriarchy kicking their self-worth in the kidneys repeatedly.
They have the tragic train-wreck quality of people who are clearly doing more to hurt themselves than anyone else is but who have made themselves too toxic to try to help.
..."Than anyone else is doing", I mean, not "than to hurt anyone else"; it's entirely possible for them to be harming others who deserve sympathy more than they do.
Yeah, yeah, safe spaces, snowflakes, etc. I’ve heard all of it before and frankly, those are the words thrown around by people who are literally afraid of silence.
They dress their fear up as bravery and iconoclasm – I’m so tough I tell it like it is, I’m not afraid of harsh truths – because if they stop yelling for five seconds, they’ll be confronted by their own thoughts.
