Life health is getting strange but I seeked medical attention. Pray it's okay with all my might

Sometimes it just made me realized, I do have Lotsa thing not done,i think I did over do myself to work and I forgot to take care of my body well.

If nothing goes wrong after another review, I hope to give much care to what I've neglected.
