Just got out of a meeting where my department was doing a process mapping sessions and a few of us were surprised to find that my workload is close to a 60 hour work week. I was thinking close to 50. So for 20 hours of week, I am not being compensated for. Somebody else want my job?

Maybe they should start compensating you for that or cut back to what you're getting paid for.
