Late to the party but worst thing I ever rped? Warning for gore, mpreg, suicide ... I think that is it, oh yeah, abusive relationships and rape.

So I have a lot of things that could be worst depending on how you look at it.

I once played (briefly) in a FF7 setting where Reno and Rude were together. Reno gets raped by... I forget the name of their boss and gets pregnant and talks Rude into running away from Shinra and gets morning sickness three days in.

Not worst for the mpreg, but worst because all of this was sprung on me without talking about it first.

Another worst was part of a plot that was actually really interesting. It was wow so original characters, I was playing a character that was between npc and pc in someones story. He wanted to be with this guy and being a shadow priest (I think that was what he was)

he started twisting this guy's mind and fucking him over. It was actually a really cool plot. Then we get to the bad part. The guy had a boyfriend, boyfriend found out and came after my npc, all planned. I had forgotten to mention I really don't like eye stuff so the boyfriend gored out the npc's eyes and left him blind in the streets

Another worst but for different reasons was Ramon, an oc in a larp. Ramon was a huckster, a type of magic user who need their hands. He was so much fun to play. Anyway, after a year or so in game Ramon had made some serious enemies and at some point he is knocked out in a prison cell and one of the other characters come in and break his hands.

Break them so bad that they will never heal properly.

After that Ramon kind of lost his will to live, he ended up jumping off a cliff kind of off-screen. Worst because I've never had a character before that so broken, so done and so helpless
