It's 4chan. It's literally a core rule of the site that administrators may ban you for any reason they please.

While these days a few rules are clearly enumerated, it used to be that it was basically just "Blue background means SFW, no other rules, but we can ban you for anything"

actually that wasn't a true ban. Its a warning.

meaning it takes you to the ban page, forces you to read the message the mod typed, and you're instantly unbanned
