If you watch all her episodes, and pay attention to her dialogue...she never one calls Ed and Al 'Ed and Al', they're always 'Edward' and 'Alphonse'.

Literally everyone else calls them Ed and Al. They call themselvs Ed and Al. But nope. Not Lust.
