Marriage is the world's worst see-saw

i'm worried about the math of this

like, one woman is enough to balance out one man

but it takes two women to tilt one end of the seesaw

and one man is heavier than another man

i don't think they thought this through very well

Pretty sure that historical marriage between men and women hasn't been equal, like at all. Women used to be men's property after all.

men and women are equal but women and women and men and men are not equal

(obviously i understand what they're trying to say, but pictorially the metaphor doesn't make any sense)

If you want real equality you need to work against gender norms and unbalanced between men and women, socially, economically and culturally. Not attacking same sex marriage equality.

Clearly their point is that hetero marriage is better than same sex marriage. Which isn't very equal.

but why are both women standing on the same side of the seesaw? what does that prove? That doesn't even... who thought of this?

is the message that lesbians don't know how to use seesaws?

the lesbians are standing on the same side of the seesaw because they love each other so much

meanwhile the straights want to stay as far away from each other as possible
