There's this place built on the corpse of RexArt in Coral Gables, called Toasted Bagel - it's consistently got high ratings if you poke around those internet rating places. I got a bunch of bagels from them, since they should last a few days, and a "Chinese Chicken Salad".

SO tasty, and their seed bagels are totally covered with seeds, not just some random sprinkle.

Mmmmnomnomnom! My favorite sandwich is rare roast beef with horseradish sauce and lettuce on an everything bagel.
