So... I'm seriously considering going back to school to become a teacher.

Because like. Working at this after school place with kids up to age 11 enough that I really managed to start to make a connection with them has made me seriously think that maybe

do they have the...I forget the official name for it, but it's a 'becoming a teacher after college' kind of degree

so like, if you have a bachelor's degree already + some experience in a thing, it's a shorter degree to get your teacher's license

yeah you'll have to do a full degree then sadly. But definitely do it! Education is a great field to work in if you like working with kids

While it's true that there are a few situations where you'd only need a teaching certificate (instead of a masters in education), you'd generally still need a bachelor degree, yeah
