Huh. Steam has Star Trek: Starfleet Command. I played the hell out of that when I was a kid.

It was fun. Good balance. Ran into a guy who also played it in LAN parties about twelve years ago.

We'd gotten to talking about it and he was bemoaning how you couldn't get up to a certain speed if you also had full shields and decent power to weapons and I commented that I never had a problem with that.

And I still remember his face when he turned and hissed Romulan at me.

ahaha

I think that's the only time someones hissed at me in real life.
