I think the hardest boozers I've got on my muselist/OC block are Hecatia for canon, and Maribell for OCs; Hecatia drinks whenever she feels like it and I kind of headcanon that she's got some cool bartender demon friends who make some kickass mixed drinks that'll knock you stone cold

Melia can with the proper ritual and a little bit of priestess power turn water into alcohol. She's also drank just about every form of alcohol available in her homeland. She's easily my heaviest drinker.

Deimonea doesn't drink beverages often, but on the few occasions she does drink or eat, she actually has similar tastes to Bernkastel, though she isn't nearly as fussy about it. She likes bitter or sour things.
