Our operations manager is awesome

I had a client scream at me for 20 minutes yesterday asking for services that we are not contracted to do

My old operations manager used to provide service just because

But nothing is contracted and it's just extra services that they didn't pay for or anything

So I passed it along to my boss and when he found out that the guy yelled at me he got pretty mad

And is going to get our main CBD head to talk to him. That head knows I'm a pretty mellow person too.
