i saw moana in theaters right at the height of my missing my grandma (SHE'S ALIVE I JUST HADN'T SEEN HER FOR LIKE FIVE YEARS)

I loved the end though, the idea that a deity of creation, once corrupted/harmed/etc became one of destruction is sooooo appropriate for the lore

Not only that, but volcanic land is actually VERY fertile once it's turned back into ground. So the transformation of all the darkness back to something beautiful is a really cool comparison.
