I was a terrible person one summer, and collected a few dead ones from my aunt's windowsills... then put it on my scanner next to a quarter, back in the days before I had a digital camera, and posted the resulting image on a forum I went to, griping about "Alaskan Mosquitos". the resulting "OMG WTF" sentiments were delicious popcorn material.
