long story short: every single thing he said he would or would not do, he's invariably not done and done, respectively

said he wouldn't bother us about rent until after school ended, has don't nothing but bother us

done, even

and he's now asking weird questions like "you used to live with your mother and law before this, right?"

yes we did and we can't do that again

we're not even a month behind

never mind that he constantly had homeless people around and leaves them alone unsupervised, AND let that insane woman stay for six months rent free while she did nothing but scream and yell

now we have to pay another month in advance and we don't have the money

and his response to that was "you can borrow it, right?"

i cannot wait until we fucking move
