I think Orpheus might be the largest of the three, It's hard to tell since he's behind the protag a lot more than the other two

I also do like how each one has a different physic - Yu's a lot stronger than the other two (more muscular), Akira's built for speed (with harder to see muscles) and Minato is built for sleeping I man
