um hm. I lived most of my life there and traffic sucked so bad. At any time. All the time.

If you want no traffic you'll need to drive around 330 to 4 AM and hope that there isn't an accident

i left LA to get away from the traffic, and i moved to one of the only places where i think it's fucking worse. ugh.

i would take LA traffic ANY day of the week over Chicago traffic. LA is a city built post-automobile for the most part, which means that there are like 100 ways to get anywhere. Chicago's freeways were built around an already built up city, and there's like one fucking way into the city and one way out of it.

I drove the first time I was in weihai and never again. Qingdao where I go now isn't as bad as say Shanghai, but it is pretty freaking awful.
