I don't use voice tho, it's awks. And sure no one wants me to hear shouting all the time... about the team, the matchmaking and whatever...

I don't either. Voice can help, but I'd just be swearing the whole time. I join NA 'cos I live in England but I'm up all night hahah. Region doesn't actually matter for grouping though I don't think, you can join players in any region
