fucking hate phone/cable/internet companies. now cox wants to deal when i call to say i'm cancelling and already switched to att

galaxydust yeah. the thing is, i did that exact same thing last week and they did nothing about it

which was why i switched. att was willing to give me dvr, unlimited north america calling, high speed internet, and way more channels than cox for $130/mo (with taxes and fees)

and it's a one year contract

but cox is now being all "nah, they lied to you and they're deceiving sons of bitches and it's a 2 year contract but hey, we'll offer you a whole bunch more channels and dvr and high speed internet for $130 but you have to go down to a local only phone plan"

my mom wants me to have the better phone plan because she's paranoid about the midwest storms

att comes with bbca and the travel channel and all the espn channels

cox has ion in the new package they are offering me and that's about it

in terms of things i can't get from att

so it comes down to bbca vs ion

or better phone plan
