(For Clint assume it's a second wedding/vows renewal, especially considering he didn't have a "wedding." They just did the license signing at a courthouse)

he and Nat are playing interference, job responsibilities include mundane things like righting decorations that get knocked over by people/the wind and directing guests to restrooms and less mundane things like shutting down wanabe robot overlords and making sure Tony's firework tribute display doesn't get out of control and light everything on fire
