I was describing a MIB cartoon episode involving a Xenomorph-knock off getting framed by Teletubby knock offs

and just hits me it's a plot with these type of characters would only happen in the 90s

IT'S THE TUBBY CUSTARD MACHINE! OF EVIL

I don't even remember much beyond the solution (one of the Teletubbies wasn't evil, so she can the not-Xenomorph started to star in a new series together), and the faketubbies pulling lot of the same sneak-ambush stuff Xenomorphs are famous for while he's yelling at them for stealing his sthick
