- I'm kind of glad P5 split the difference between having enemies be Shadows as in P3/P4 and having them be demons as in P1/P2

since it means I have an excuse to just. use the regular demon art for enemies

- I have about half an idea what I'd want the endboss to be, but I'd want to bounce that idea off a plotting club/mentor in the art of GMing

- if I decide to implement stock Persona, maybe just have the character using one use their AAs and techniques and a few passive skills

my experience from VPK was that having mechanics for collecting Personas is, in a tabletop game, a l ot of trouble for very little gain

since with a 5-size party that's already too many elements to be one apiece if you keep the absolute minimum P4 did (Fire, Ice, Lightning, Wind, Light, Dark)
